Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for an HR Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility for some remote work.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
Key responsibilities
include developing and implementing HR policies, managing training and development initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring the alignment of HR objectives with organizational goals.
The HR Manager will also handle communication between staff and management to promote a cohesive and efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies, onboarding processes, and training programs
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Relationship Management
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) preferred
- Experience in non-governmental or environmental organizations is an advantage
