Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
- Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies on relevant platforms.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
- Ensure all employment documents, contracts, and records are completed accurately.
- Manage exit procedures, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluations.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in implementing improvement plans.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
Training & Development
- Assess training needs across departments.
- Coordinate and monitor employee training programs.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
& Benefits
- Assist in payroll preparation and verification.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.
- Ensure accurate processing of employee compensation and related documentation.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.
- Support audits and inspections related to human resources.
HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Contribute to employee retention and engagement strategies.
System Creation
- Technically skilled to be able to adapt to our own system
- All HR files and documents should be created and uploaded in our system
KPIs
- Time-to-fill vacancies
- Employee turnover rate
- New hire retention rate
- Training completion rate
- Employee satisfaction score
- Attendance and disciplinary compliance
- Recruitment cost per hire
- HR documentation accuracy and compliance rate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations is an advantage
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-branch operations.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
