About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management and employee development programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee rewards programs.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.
• Support organizational development and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with department managers to address workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
• Lead and mentor HR team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in Human Resources management or senior HR roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR management systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR reporting tools.
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and employment practices is an advantage.
