- Weβre looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our growing team π
- In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and workforce planning.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes π₯
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices π
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally π€
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and development programs π
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations βοΈ
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately π
- Support compensation, benefits, and workforce planning initiatives πΌ

- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or SPHR are an advantage π
