Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid HR Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.

The role includes maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance.

The HR Manager will advise leaders and team members on HR policies, handle employee relations and conflict resolution in a fair and confidential manner, and support learning and development initiatives.

The role will also involve contributing to HR process improvements, supporting organizational culture and engagement activities, and preparing regular HR reports and analytics for management.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in core HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR operations and administration, including HRIS usage, record keeping, and basic payroll and benefits coordination.
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and advise stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple HR tasks independently in a part-time, hybrid environment.
  • Experience supporting training, development, and employee engagement initiatives is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
  • Previous HR experience in the UAE or GCC region and familiarity with hybrid work practices are preferred.
