This is a part-time, hybrid role for an HR Manager at Réseau Béninois du Parlement Mondial de la Jeunesse pour l'Eau, based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for remote work.
The HR Manager will handle recruitment and selection processes, oversee employee onboarding, and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, managing employee relations, and providing guidance on performance management.
The HR Manager will also coordinate training and development programs, maintain personnel records, and support organizational culture initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Experience in Policy Development, Compliance, and Employment Law
- Knowledge in Training Programs, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
- Comfort with hybrid working environments and remote work tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
