Role Description
The HR Manager at Dolle Mina 2025 will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site presence and the flexibility to work from home for agreed tasks.
Key responsibilities
include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational guidelines.
The HR Manager will support performance management processes, coordinate training and development initiatives, and act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
The role also involves managing employee relations, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements relevant to Abu Dhabi.
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), HR documentation, and data management, with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to design or refine HR policies, processes, and guidelines to support organizational goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage part-time hours effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, using digital collaboration tools and maintaining clear communication with on-site and remote stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Experience in change management, culture-building initiatives, or diversity, equity, and inclusion programs is beneficial.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
