Role Description
This is a part-time HR Manager role based in Abu Dhabi in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility.
The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
The role will involve advising managers on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
The HR Manager will support workforce planning, assist with compensation and benefits administration, and help implement HR initiatives that support engagement and retention.
The role will also contribute to process improvements, ensure confidentiality of employee information, and collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance in the UAE, and best practices in employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR administration, including maintaining HRIS records, reporting, and document management.
- Well-developed communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience supporting or leading HR projects and change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
- Previous HR Manager or HR Generalist experience, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory HR practices.
