Manage HR operations and a workforce of 500+ employees across multiple shifts at the Ajman, UAE location.
Lead a four-person HR team.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary matters, and day-to-day HR issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and related procedures.
- Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment requirements with department heads.
- Manage employee documentation, visas, work permits, and related HR processes.
- Lead a four-person HR team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE experience in a similar HR role.
- Experience managing 500+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Arabic language is desirable.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 7,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Ajman, UAE.
