Position overview
STS Group of Companies is hiring an HR Manager in the automobile/automotive industry.
The position lists 5–10 years of experience and locations at Boisar and Malad.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
- Handle onboarding, induction, transfers and exits.
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance and leave.
- Manage labour law and statutory compliance.
- Oversee performance management and appraisals.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement.
- Manage HR MIS and reporting.
- Implement HR policies and support workforce planning.
Requirements and preferences
- 5–10 years of experience.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Automotive, automobile dealership, or service centre/workshop background is preferred.
- Strong HR generalist experience is preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling between Boisar and Malad as required.
Compensation
- Salary is up to ₹75,000 per month at group level; stated pay range is ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; the role requires travel between Boisar and Malad as required.
