Job Opportunity – HR Manager

Jeddah | Corrugation / Packaging Industry

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our corrugation manufacturing facility in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in HR operations, industrial relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and workforce management within a manufacturing setup. Experience in the corrugation / packaging industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Manage manpower planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement, training, culture development, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime, and workforce productivity.
• Liaise with government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant authorities.
• Support management with HR analytics, KPIs, budgeting, and strategic workforce planning.
• Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and industrial HR practices.
• Corrugation / packaging industry experience will be highly preferred.
• Experience managing multicultural workforce and blue-collar manpower.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.
