• Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage our Human Resources department
• Ensure HR-related KPIs are tracked and met consistently
• Oversee our hiring process from start to finish
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Have in-depth knowledge of State and Federal labor laws
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and uphold company HR policies
