Internship overview
HR internship supporting implementation of a new HR management system across a restaurant group.

Responsibilities
- Assist with HR system setup, implementation, and testing.
- Support employee data migration, verification, and updating.
- Help configure compensation, benefits, leave, and employee records.
- Identify data discrepancies, support system troubleshooting, and coordinate with the HR team to ensure accurate implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE or home country.
- Practical knowledge of compensation and benefits, including payroll, employee benefits, and salary structures.
- Previous experience with an HRIS or HR management system.
- Strong Excel skills, data accuracy, and attention to detail; able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- The experience section labels 2 years of compensation and benefits experience and 2 years of HRIS experience as preferred.
