We’re looking for an
HR Intern – Recruitment
to join us in Dubai for a
2-month internship
— perfect for someone eager to learn, support, and grow while being part of real hiring activities across different roles and regions.
What You’ll Get To Learn And Experience
- This internship is designed to give you practical, real-world exposure to recruitment.
- You’ll have the chance to:
- Learn how to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Understand how HR teams review CVs and identify the right talent
- Gain exposure to interview coordination and scheduling across different stakeholders
- Sit in on or support initial candidate screening calls
- Learn how to manage recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support the preparation and organization of interview logistics and documentation
- Experience how recruitment works across different countries and time zones

- A recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
