Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, Indeed.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Schedule telephonic, virtual, and physical interviews.
- Assist in preparing and posting Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Skill Set
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn HR and recruitment processes
Qualification and Experience
- Qualification: Any graduate pursuing/completed HR-related studies.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior internship or exposure to recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
Grade and Salary
- Grade: Intern
- Stipend: 8k to 10k
- Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
