HR Intern (Operations/Generalist) supporting daily HR activities at Onycon Infrastructure's head office.

Responsibilities
- Manage attendance and leave requests, record employee work hours accurately, and prepare attendance reports.
- Assist with payroll, accurate and timely salary payments, and payroll-related queries.
- Handle employee concerns and grievances professionally and impartially.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives to support morale, motivation, and productivity.
- Support daily head-office HR activities.
Candidate requirements
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–2 years of HR Operations or HR Generalist experience may apply.
- Experienced candidates should have hands-on attendance and payroll experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS or attendance systems is requested.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are requested.
- Confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail are requested.
- The description asks for a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or any ordinary graduate; the education listing marks bachelor's as required.
- Good English, email writing, and communication skills are requested.
Pay
- Pay is ₹16,000–₹21,000 per month.
Work location
