Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
This internship offers a structured learning experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support for HR documentation, reporting, and data management
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated interest in developing a career in Human Resources
