Role Overview
LVI Holdings is seeking an HR Intern for practical exposure across recruitment and multiple areas of human resources.
The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and supports recruitment, HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and engagement.
Compensation
- The stipend is ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial calls, and interview coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll preparation, payroll coordination, HR letters, and employee documents.
- Assist with employee engagement and support HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and departments on HR requirements and day-to-day HR activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior HR internship or practical HR experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations is required.
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills are required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to maintain confidentiality are required.
- The candidate should be willing to learn, take responsibility, and work in a fast-paced environment.
