Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer / HR Generalist to support and manage key human resources functions, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and government relations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Saudi labor regulations, HR administration, and talent acquisition, with the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee records.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed consistently.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.
- Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and attendance records.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Government Relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English and Arabic is must.
