Job Purpose
To administer and execute Performance Management, Goal Management and Compensation & Benefits processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high levels of employee satisfaction.
Performance Management
- Manage the end-to-end performance cycle (goal setting, reviews, year-end evaluations)
- Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
& Benefits
- Execute annual compensation activities including:
- Merit increases
- Bonus reviews
- Salary changes
- Validate compensation data and ensure accuracy
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analysis
- Ensure data accuracy for management reporting
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Ensure processes are completed within deadlines and in line with policies
Stakeholder Support
- Provide guidance to employees and managers
- Support communication related to HR cycles
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
Training
- Prepare and deliver training materials on HR processes and systems
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
- CIPD / SHRM certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Other Requirements
- Strong confidentiality and data handling awareness
- Familiarity with HR annual cycles and compliance standards
- Aligned with Nitaqat expectations
Skills
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks
- Knowledge of compensation processes and data handling
- Experience with HRIS systems and workflows
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
