  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Manager to oversee comprehensive human resources operations, employee relations, talent initiatives, and HR programs.
  • The ideal candidate will manage a broad range of HR functions, provide guidance to employees and leaders, and ensure HR practices align with organizational objectives and employment standards.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and HR administration
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives
  • Manage employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution processes
  • Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR reporting activities
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Partner with managers and leadership teams to address workforce needs and organizational priorities
  • Develop and improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and performance data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Lead HR projects including engagement programs, policy updates, and organizational improvement initiatives
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, HR operations, employee relations, or HR generalist roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing HR teams, HR programs, or generalist HR functions preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance
  • Understanding of UAE labor regulations and employment practices is advantageous
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and HR reporting tools
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
