The HR Generalist supports end-to-end HR activities, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee records, engagement, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, background verification, selection, offer negotiation, and offer issuance.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, bonuses, increments, and employee records.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other applicable requirements.
- Support appraisals, employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Handle HR operations, employee queries, HRMS, and documentation.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Support company policy adherence and a positive, professional work environment.
Experience
- Two years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience is preferred.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
- Provident Fund is listed as a benefit.
Work location
- The role is in person in Malad West, Mumbai.
