Overview

  • Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions (Blue-collar workers)
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
  • Prepare job postings, screening candidates through resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews in collaboration with the relevant departments, as well as background checks on the shortlisted candidates (Naukri Gulf)
  • Ensuring that requests for new hires to have the necessary tools are placed, as well as the completion of all paperwork related to new hires, such as contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Conduct new recruit orientation and handle employee concerns
  • Liaising between departments for internal department orientation completion and smooth onboarding
  • Request of IT assets on the ticketing system
  • Explain human resources policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in the ERP system (ZOHO & Adrenalin)
  • Preparing employee communication letters such as offer letters, salary certificates, transfer letters etc.
  • Verify attendance and eligible overtime hours and update in the ERP system.
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents.
  • Provides HR business support, handles all HR related queries and escalate any issues to the Head of Human Resource.
  • Thorough knowledge and staying abreast with updated UAE labor laws, and address any changes proactively, and keep the team updated on the same.
  • Prepare and maintain internal communications regarding new employees, promotions, departures, announcements, changes in benefits, or company policies etc.
  • Verify all the health insurance related debit notes and credit notes and provide information in case of any excess / wrong charges.

  • Tie up with universities to participate for Career fair.
  • Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Coordinate & collect the earning & deduction data from the concerned teams.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of payroll system data, and to assist staff and management with all payroll related queries.
  • Payroll cut-off to be kept in mind and all activities and transaction to be completed by 22nd of the payroll month.
  • Assist leavers with exit clearance completion and provide guidance on the overall exit process Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s separation and recommend corrective action if necessary.
  • Follow up on End of service Benefits transfer to the employees
  • Compute EOSB in the system and send to Finance for approval
  • Assess training needs along with the department managers and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Identify the most effective training delivery methods, i.e. internal/external training, as well as the most relevant training instructor, using internal/external resources.
  • Assesses and evaluates the training's quality and effectiveness, and makes any necessary changes to the process.
  • Coordinate training planning & execution
  • Maintains the internal Training System with the most up to date and accurate records.
  • Stay abreast with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Assists in the development, implementation, monitoring and reviewing of company policies and procedures and rules and regulations ensuring compliance with the pertinent labor laws and company’s culture & values.
