• HR: Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of and ability to uphold the organization's and industry's standards, procedures and policies regarding human resources management.
• Informa ti on Capture: Knowledge of the processes and the ability to iden ti fy, capture and document relevant business informa ti on in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
• Confidential Investigations: Knowledge of and ability to implement confidential investigation and resolution processes concerning harassment complaints.
