Role overview
KAAYA Prime Realty seeks an HR Executive with hands-on experience in the UAE real estate sector.
The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR compliance in a brokerage environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for property consultants, sales managers, and corporate roles.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle MOHRE procedures, employment contracts, visa coordination, and employee records.
- Coordinate RERA registration and related requirements for eligible employees.
- Maintain attendance and leave records, HR reports, and employee files.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE labour regulations and company policies.
Mandatory requirements
- Previous HR experience within a UAE real estate brokerage or real estate company is mandatory.
- Proven experience recruiting property consultants and real estate sales professionals.
- Working knowledge of MOHRE procedures, UAE employment documentation, and visa coordination.
- Strong communication, organization, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
