Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees across the full lifecycle.
This role is primarily HR-focused, with minimal involvement in Government Relations (GR) and Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, contract changes)
- Support recruitment and coordinate hiring processes
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law
- Handle employee queries and provide HR advisory support
- Support performance management and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
- Liaise with GR and Facilities teams on basic requirements (limited scope)
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5 years of HR experience
- in a generalist role
- Strong understanding of
- Saudi Labor Law and HR practices
- Experience in employee relations and HR operations
- Good communication skills in
- Arabic and English
- Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
