Role overview
Manage the full HR process, from hiring and onboarding through employee records, compliance, and staff exits.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from interviews to offer letters; handle onboarding, contracts, and new-joiner documentation.
- Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, and labour card processes with PRO support.
- Coordinate RERA/Trakheesi broker registration and renewals for agents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking; support payroll and commission records with accounts.
- Handle employee relations, warnings, and performance reviews; manage resignations, terminations, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR experience; Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE labour law and MOHRE procedures.
- Familiarity with RERA broker registration is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; professional discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheets.
Pay
- AED 5,000–15,000 per month.
