Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
• Prepare job descriptions and coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and discipline.
• Implement HR policies, office rules, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR reports, trackers, and confidential employee records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment; freshers with strong skills may also apply.
• Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Basic understanding of labour laws, PF, and ESIC.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
