- We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support the organization's human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR administration, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring efficient HR operations. **Key Responsibilities:*** Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and other employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities, including clearance and final settlement.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance department.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Assist in processing visa applications, work permits, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and other employee-related documentation.
- Support performance management processes, probation reviews, employee appraisals, and development initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and company procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, leave, recruitment, and other management reports.
- Support disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers for HR and PRO-related activities when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.
- **Qualifications & Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **2–5 years** of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
