We’re Hiring: HR Executive
Are you a proactive professional with experience in both HR operations and administrative coordination?
Join Kandas Group, where you’ll play a key role in managing employee processes and overseeing vehicle and camp administration.
Location: Dubai Industrial City
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Hr Duties
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and records
Coordinate with camps and sites to address worker grievances
Oversee visa renewals, medical tests, and HR compliance
Support payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
Ensure alignment with UAE labor laws and company policies
Admin Duties
Maintain vehicle service history, insurance, and renewal records
Arrange periodic servicing, repairs, and inspections
Manage AMC contracts (cleaning, A/C, pest control, etc.)
Oversee camp facility renewals, utilities, and maintenance
Act as the bridge between staff, suppliers, and internal departments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
2–4 years of relevant HR & admin experience in UAE/GCC
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and record-keeping
Can Join immediately, Preferred Male.
