Overview

  • Major responsibilities of the HR Executive are to:
  • Overall management of recruitment activities for the organization – Incountry and Overseas recruitment
  • Recruitment process - screening, conducting interviews and selection process as per the staff requisition for various departments
  • Managing the recruitment platforms of the organization to identify valid applicants
  • Coordinating with the department’s General managers for smooth selection and interview process
  • Preparing recruitment agreements and demand letters for recruitment and dealing with embassy on various concerns
  • Coordinating with Agents and assisting them for all the recruitment activities
  • Preparing offer letters for the selected candidates
  • Preparing all the documentation for the labour and visa process
  • Maintaining a proper tracking on valid applicants
  • Tracking all the labour approvals and employment visas issued
  • Ensuring all the visas are shared to the Agents/Employees on time
  • Chasing the recruitment agencies for the arrivals as per the mobilization dates
  • Assisting in onboarding the candidates to the organization
  • Scheduling training for the new joiners with training departments to ensure smooth mobilization
  • Analysing and summarizing the reports for the management – Recruitment (Overseas and Incountry) and Medical Insurance
  • Coordinating with outsource providers - Monthly timesheet preparation, staff recruitment, interviews, staff mobilization and addressing staff concerns.
  • for the new joiners with training departments to ensure smooth mobilization
  • Creating employee ID for the staff as per the joining date for HRMS
  • Scheduling and monitoring all the medical and EID appointments
  • Coordinating with ATI on residence visa stamping for all new joiners.
  • Review all under probation concerns and informing the agency on regular basis
  • Actively working with mobilization and deployment member to understand the upcoming requirements for the organization.
  • Enrolling all company staff to health insurance as per the company insurance policy
  • Addition and deletion to Health insurance Census list as per the active employee list
  • Assisting in all insurance related queries
  • Raising all workmen related issues for compensation and getting the payments raised
  • Preparing and updating the job descriptions as per the operations requirements.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma qualification in any related field of administration or management studies
  • Must be currently working as an HR Executive in an organisation - having held the position with a minimum of 3 years’ service. Experience and knowledge in HR policies, procedures, and UAE Labour Laws. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A healthy, pleasant male/female under 50 years of age.
  • Should have an ability to handle the tasks assigned & must have good knowledge of spoken & written English. Should be a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
