Part-time HR Executive role at Crypto Risk Metrics GmbH, based in Dubai, with a hybrid arrangement and flexibility to work from home some of the time.

Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, handle employee queries, and support performance-review processes.
- Help resolve workplace issues fairly and consistently.
- Help develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Contribute to HR reporting and process improvements; collaborate with management to foster an inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Strong HR foundation and experience supporting core HR processes and HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, documentation, and HR systems or databases.
- Employee-relations skills, professional handling of employee concerns, and conflict-resolution ability.
- Knowledge of HR policies and local labor laws, with experience supporting compliant procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills for work with diverse teams and multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or HRIS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are advantageous.
- HR experience in financial services, technology, or crypto-related industries is beneficial.
