Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with experience in recruiting and managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforce within industrial, engineering, manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and labor law compliance, ensuring efficient workforce planning and employee support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, technical, engineering, supervisory, and corporate roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, social media, and industry networks.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring.
  • Manage offer negotiations, employment contracts, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and hiring reports.

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, visa documentation, and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Handle employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and separations.
  • Coordinate exit interviews, final settlements, and clearance processes.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage attendance, leave administration, employee documentation, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll processing through accurate employee data and monthly inputs.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, recruitment metrics, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate visa, work permit, and employee documentation processes where applicable.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
  • Support grievance handling and conflict resolution in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
  • Promote positive employee relations across operational sites and office locations.

5. Performance Management & HR Initiatives

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in organizational development, workforce planning, and HR projects.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience recruiting blue-collar and white-collar workforce within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and workforce planning.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment and site-based hiring.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with significant exposure to recruitment.
  • Experience in GCC markets and labor law compliance is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting technical, engineering, skilled trades, and operational workforce is highly desirable.
  • Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
