Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate HR documentation and compliance.
• Support implementation of HR policies and respond to routine employee queries.
• Facilitate communication between staff and management.
• Help organize orientation, performance-review coordination, and employee-engagement activities.
• Help ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have HR management and human-resources skills, including basic knowledge of HR frameworks and best practices.
• Candidates should have HR operations skills, including records handling, recruitment support, and HR documentation.
• Candidates should have employee-relations skills to address queries and support a positive work environment.
• Candidates should be able to understand and assist with implementing institutional guidelines and procedures.

Beneficial qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and HR or office software proficiency are beneficial.
• Prior experience in an educational or academic setting is beneficial.
• A relevant bachelor's degree, such as in Human Resources or Business Administration, and prior HR experience are advantageous.
• Experience in a hybrid or multicultural environment is preferred.
