Must have good PRO work experience managing the company license work, employee visa work and documentation submission activities.
The job location is Al Qusais, Dubai.
Job Purpose And Requirements
- To manage employee attendance.
- To manage insurance and claims in coordination with the insurance companies and hospital/clinic.
- To coordinate with the PRO for Visa and related document processing.
- To keep up-to-date employees' data in HRIS (OASYS system).
- To manage tickets and hotel reservations for employees and guests in coordination with travel agents and direct.
- Must have excellent command over ms office excel sheet - vlookups and pivot tables
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
