Role overview
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and employee records.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interview scheduling and onboarding; coordinate induction and orientation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation; coordinate payroll inputs and administer attendance and leave systems.
- Ensure labor law, company policy, and statutory compliance; handle employee grievances and support employees and managers.
- Organize engagement activities, training, and wellness initiatives; prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly workforce analytics.
- Coordinate exits, conduct exit interviews, and complete full-and-final settlement documentation.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of Human Resources experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; professional handling of confidential information.
Preferred skills
- MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HRMS, and MIS reporting are listed as preferred skills.
Pay and benefits
- ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month.
