HR Executive role supporting day-to-day HR operations in a non-IT manufacturing organization.
The role covers HR generalist activities, HRMS platforms, recruitment coordination, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities; maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment through sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards, and analyze workforce data.
- Assist with HR policy implementation, statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations and use HR technology and productivity tools to streamline processes.
Required qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline with at least two years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in HR operations and recruitment; knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems, Excel, reporting, labor laws, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred background
- HR specialization is preferred.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred; related backgrounds may include engineering, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, packaging, industrial products, metals, or auto components.
- Exposure to HRMS/ERP platforms is an added advantage; candidates from IT/software companies are not preferred.
