- We are looking for a **dedicated and organized HR Officer** to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to support both management and employees effectively.
- Monitor **attendance, leave, overtime**, and prepare data for payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of **UAE Labour Law**
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle pressure
