Support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment coordination, and administrative tasks.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
HR responsibilities
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation; prepare contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical, and labor-related processes.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and probation evaluations; coordinate employee data for payroll preparation.
- Assist with grievances and disciplinary matters and support compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement; maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and support management with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of HR experience in the UAE and knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred skills
- Visa processing and employee relations experience are advantageous.
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems, drafting and documentation, confidential information, recruitment, or payroll coordination is preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,500 per month.
Schedule
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
