REMAX Real Estate is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and support people operations in Abu Dhabi.
Job type is full-time; work location is in person.
Listed pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month; the posting also describes salary as negotiable based on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job postings and screening through interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
- Process visas, labour cards, and Emirates IDs under UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Prepare payroll inputs and process leave and attendance records.
- Support performance reviews, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Draft and update HR policies, letters, and internal communications; ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- UAE MOFA-attested degree certificate is mandatory.
- The posting specifies 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE; a separate experience listing marks two years as preferred.
Skills and tools
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE/immigration procedures.
- English and Arabic are listed as required in the language section; another section calls Arabic a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/payroll software experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
