Role overview
Part-time, hybrid HR Executive role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Supports day-to-day HR operations at a hospital.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Respond to HR inquiries, facilitate performance reviews and help resolve workplace concerns fairly and confidentially.
- Implement and update HR policies in alignment with local regulations and organizational standards.
- Support recruitment, training coordination and HR reporting in collaboration with managers and team members.
Qualifications
- Skills in HR, HR management, HR operations, employee relations and HR policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, especially in healthcare or clinical environments, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, confidentiality, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
