Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete HR function across the organization.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from manpower planning and recruitment through onboarding, performance management, and exit procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar construction manpower.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance management.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Develop workforce planning and organizational development strategies; lead and mentor the HR team.
• Work with senior management and project/site teams on manpower and HR requirements.
• Support employee engagement, retention, training, and career development initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of HR experience, with strong construction/contracting industry experience.
• Proven experience managing the full HR cycle.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience managing site and head-office HR operations.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Strong recruitment and manpower planning experience.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Arabic communication is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• UAE construction industry experience is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
