About This Role
Description
- Lead and manage the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administration.
- Develop HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals and operational growth.
- Oversee manpower planning and recruitment for farm operations, production, logistics, and support functions.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, internal policies, and health & safety regulations.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Lead performance management processes including appraisals, KPIs, development plans, and succession planning.
- Build employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
- Manage and develop the HR team while supporting department managers on all people-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce planning for management review.
Requirements
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven experience managing blue-collar and multinational workforces.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and performance management.
- Languages:
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
- Location:
- Qatar.
- Candidates currently based inside Qatar are preferred.
- Visa can be provided for qualified Jordanian candidates.
- Availability:
- Immediate or within 30 days preferred.
