Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage office administration, correspondence, phone calls, and office supplies.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
• Support recruitment through job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Conduct orientation and facilitate new-hire onboarding.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personal records.
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Address employee concerns as a liaison between management and staff.
• Support employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience; administrative experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; one year of Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
• Confidentiality, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable in India.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Compensation and employment

• Full-time role paying ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month.
