Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations.
The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, records management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and record-keeping requirements.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of Qatar labor regulations.
