Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **HR Coordinator** to support our Human Resources operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department managers for hiring needs
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum **2 years of HR experience** (preferably in Qatar)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
