About the company

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee records, attendance, and leave tracking as part of day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, contracts, and policies.
• Coordinate visa processing, insurance, and labor-related tasks.
• Support office supplies, filing, and coordination with departments.
• Liaise with the PRO and external authorities on government-related tasks.
• Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin role in the UAE.
• Good understanding of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
• Available to join immediately or within short notice.
• Two years of HR experience and a driving license are listed as preferred.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary is AED 3,500–AED 5,000 per month.
