HR Coordinator

Job purpose

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the Middle East region.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and separation processes.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Maintain employee records, HR data, and personnel files in company systems.
• Assist with implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Coordinate benefits, leave administration, and attendance management.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management decisions and compliance.
• Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and other HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and internal controls across the region.
• Liaise with employees, managers, government authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders on HR matters.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Carry out other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager, Middle East.

Minimum qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
