Supports the Human Resources department by coordinating daily HR activities.
The role requires organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, including posting openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with new-employee onboarding and orientation; maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Process contracts, benefits enrollment, leave requests, and termination documentation.
- Collect and verify attendance information to support payroll preparation.
- Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with engagement activities, training programs, and performance review processes.
- Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Professionalism and confidentiality are required.
Preferred skills
- Recruitment and onboarding experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is preferred.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, attention to detail, and accuracy are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,800–2,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
