About This Role

Job Title: HR Consultant – Job Architecture & HR Transformation (Contract Role)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Duration: Immediate start – End of October

Overview

We are working with a leading Big 4 consulting firm on a high-impact project with a prominent government entity in Dubai. They are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support job architecture design and broader HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and draft job descriptions from scratch across multiple functions
  • Build and standardize job architecture frameworks aligned with organizational strategy
  • Partner with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and competencies
  • Support wider HR transformation initiatives including organizational design and workforce planning
  • Ensure alignment with government frameworks and best practices
  • Conduct benchmarking and market mapping of roles

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating job descriptions and job architecture frameworks
  • Background in HR transformation projects
  • Experience working with government entities or large multinational organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to public sector transformation initiatives in the UAE or GCC
